The Whyalla Steelers Head of to Port Pirie to contest their 2nd carnival for the year.  They are hoping to build on the success of the Port Augusta carnival earlier in the month.

Most Family's leave for Pirie on the Friday night as the first game is at 8am in the morning.  So to try and prevent forfeits the WBA has reshuffled some games in rd 7 to reduce the number of games on Friday night.  All clubs/teams involved have all been informed.  But please check the schedule to make sure of your game time.

This weekend approx 50 Whyalla represenative players will contest the annual Pt Augusta Basketball carnival.  This will be the first carnival for many of them and we wish them the very best of luck.
